This branch is a disaster. No customer service. Nobody assists you if you have problem. It used to be a good bank. Customer service was great before, now, this is bank is run by bunch of none sense people who don't care. I have and had complained but nobody even bothers to correct it.

Where is the time you could just walk into a Chase branch and get basic service? You can't keep using the pandemic as an argument for having 10 desks but zero bankers to help someone simply open a new account for his senior mother. In one day I went to 5 Chase branches and not 1 branch, including this one, that would help a good old walk-in. They simply sent me, a Chase Private client with a pretty high cash balance, back home.
