I can't believe the vestibule isn't open on the weekends. I wanted to make a deposit. If you're not going to have it open weekends have an outdoor ATM. WTH

What an absolute joke. I had a confirmed appointment at 11:30am at this Chase branch. I waited around until 11:55am and I was told the banker was still unavailable and I’d have to wait at least another 30 minutes or reschedule. Seriously? Why even bother offering appointments if you can’t respect people’s time? Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful.
