Called to ask about a medallion guarantee. Have banked with Chase for over 15+ years. Explained I needed this because my parents are dying and have been through 25+ other hurdles, this being the last one. My understanding is that this can be easily handled in 1 minute. Was told by the Branch Manager that due to COVID they can't help me and if they were going to make an exception, they'd have to do it for everyone. Not sure everyones parents are dying...
