Avoid the Oneida branch. I’ve been a Chase customer for years, but the service here is abysmal. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and wasn't seen until 9:25 AM. Once we finally sat down, the staff showed zero flexibility and refused to answer basic questions directly. They ultimately wouldn't open the account. I went straight to Key Bank afterward and opened the account the same day with the exact same paperwork Chase rejected. Don’t waste your time—take your business elsewhere.

I had my accounts for a couple of months and I tried to keep my personal accounts with the necessary funds. Without any notice or reason my accounts were closed, I had to wait weeks to receive my refund and when I called for a reason they were was vague and dishonest. Please choose any other bank if you wants best for you.
