Been with them 10 yrs now been good compared to others I was with. Only issues I have is only one local location and they aren't open Saturday's,
Avoid the Oneida branch. I’ve been a Chase customer for years, but the service here is abysmal. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and wasn't seen until 9:25 AM. Once we finally sat down, the staff showed zero flexibility and refused to answer basic questions directly. They ultimately wouldn't open the account. I went straight to Key Bank afterward and opened the account the same day with the exact same paperwork Chase rejected. Don’t waste your time—take your business elsewhere.
