Literally the worst bank I've had the misfortune of dealing with, not only was thousands of dollars mistakenly removed from my account by the state and the bank allowed it regardless of me telling them not to, after a court settlement with the state they were notified multiple times to return my money, and since have not, and the many times I've called no one can seem to give me any answers. The whole company itself is crooked. They will close your account without notice and you have to wait for your money to be sent! Do not bank with chase
One of your valued employees, Valerie, was extremely professional and compassionate to me. I had a problem with a transfer and she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I left the bank feeling as if I made a friend for life.
I have been banking with Chase for a little over a year now. I’ve hardly had issues when it comes to depositing funds in my account. I’ve deposited thousands of dollars at a time and the funds were always available within 48 hours. I recently deposited a few thousand dollars into my account and Chase placed a hold on my money. The drive-through always takes 25 minutes whether there's four cars in the middle of the road or not it's like they do it on purpose cuz they don't want to do it usually nobody inside and four people working but the drive-thru takes forever
