I love Chase and its staff. Everyone is so pleasant! I wish they open a branch in the New Hartford area.
I was a customer with a checking account with them for over 10 or 15 years. My account was hacked with a fraudulent check and immediately the bank locked my account. When I inquired with bank about the matter, they waved me off saying it was fraud and they couldn't do anything about it. I tried another Chase bank to see if they could at least hear me out but all I got was the same thing. It's fraud and nothing they could do. They refused to even hear me out.
