The place is really nice, but the customer service is very bad I don't recommend this branch to anyone.
The investment side of the branch “left side as you enter” is on another planet. Very full of themselves more like “full of it”they kept bouncing me around different people and they were all the same . Had to go to another branch.
Young girl Deja is unprofessional and needs retraining or a new job. Considering this is a common theme, Chase now lost a customer thanks to subpar hiring decisions and employees with nasty attitude who make up rules.
They do try just come up a little short. Wall Street attitude but know how and ability to help is lacking. Had to go to another branch.
