Absolutely the worst branch I've been to. Tellers are not even available half the time. Terrible customer service. Way to go Chase on representing your brand. Unreal!
An employee from this location branch stole about $1,000 out of my account yesterday. The money still has not been returned to my account.
The place is really nice, but the customer service is very bad I don't recommend this branch to anyone.
The investment side of the branch “left side as you enter” is on another planet. Very full of themselves more like “full of it”they kept bouncing me around different people and they were all the same . Had to go to another branch.
