I am writing to report a terrible customer service experience. I booked an appointment online using your system, which explicitly asked for the reason for my visit. I typed in "notary." Today, I received a call from the assigned representative, PhoebeThomas. She rudely informed me, "I don't do notary," using a highly unprofessional tone.
