I had a great experience at this location. I appreciate the help in spanish I received from Rubén. He help me understand a problem with my account. I did not have to wait long.
Worst of the Worst Chase branch i ever know in my experience with Chase bank for the past 10 years, they should hire more professional person in the front to handle the customer . I have been waiting to see the Banker and the Banker not even see or ask who come first they just take the customer what ever they want to ..!!!! Really waisting my time ...Hopefully the Corporate can see this review and fix the problem
