What's the point of existing if you can't even take deposits? Compared to the Chase branches in the city this is a complete utter joke. There's no tellers so you have to use the atms.....most of the time the walk-in and drive-thru machines don't work, so what is this location really here for at this point? I shouldn't have to drive to Duluth just to make deposits into my account. Terrible Terrible Service!!! This lady was so rude to me from the time I walked in until the time I left. She was very short and unprofessional her demeaner was demeaning. She had the nerve to ask me if I needed anything else and then tell me okay then well you can leave???? I just opened an account there yesterday. Just made my first deposit today. WHO TRAINS THE PEOPLE? Where's the customer service? DON'T EVER GO THERE. Bank of America is right up the street. They know how to treat people for the most part.

Most Chase banks these days are bad but this one takes the cake as the absolute worst. Full of incompetent employees. No greetings, no manners, no apologies nothing. Closing all my Chase accounts personal and business, worth the hassle than to let these crooks keep making money off of my money.
