Llegué al banco para que me ayudaran a quitar un segundo apellido de una tarjeta que Chase envió incorrectamente, ya que ese apellido no me pertenece. Fui al Chase Bank ubicado en 3700 y Flagler y expliqué mi situación a la señora LUDY PERDOMO .Ella me dijo que ellos no me podían ayudar y que debía ir al banco donde abrí la cuenta. Le respondí: “Pero estoy en un Chase Bank”. Entonces me volvió a decir que tenía que ir a la sucursal donde me abrieron la cuenta.
