I had a really frustrating experience at this Chase location. The drive-through ATM doesn’t accept Apple Pay, so I tried to go inside to use the machines that do. But when I got to the entrance, the doors were locked. It doesn’t make sense to advertise Apple Pay compatibility if customers can’t actually access the ATMs that support it. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

Worst chase branch , unprofessional and near rude customer service.
Esta sucursal de chase es la más mala de todo el país. Primero tuvieron por tiempo una puerta de acceso al banco , q ni el banco del oeste americano tenia una puerta así de madera y mal hecha. Ya la reemplazaron , ahora no hay servicio de los cajeros automáticos, no puedes ir hasta el lunes a las 9 am, de verdad q me voy de ese banco ,
