Horrible customer service, no empathy. The same banker had me come twice back to present different documents to open a bank account, with absolutely no empathy, while I had to take time off work. I will not open a bank with Chase purely as a result of their service.
Can’t answer the phone apparently
Horrible customer service. Had a few issues using my first republic ATM card and they could have cared less. I’ll be closing my accounts after the transition.
Updated review: I’ve been attempting to open a safe deposit box at this site. For two phone calls and one in person visit, they never have a CPC banker available to assist. They then take my contact info and never call back. Weird place.
