Bad now that Chase took Over-Totally Different – I used to have an occasional overdraft charge at WAMU, after explaining the situation to them, they would often reverse the charges since they cared about customer service. I have two accounts with WAMU, then chase, who now charges a 33 dollar overdraft fee and then a 33 dollar insufficent funds fee, and despite me having sufficent money in the other account, would not refund either.
