Very rude and nosey staff.
This branch i will never go again . The bank tellers are so rude and definitely shouldn’t be in a customer view if you want to keep your branch running. The way the manager allows teams tone and facial expressions to be very unprofessional. The staff working on 1/11/2026 on that shift should be held accountable for their unprofessionalism. This branch should focus on learning their policy, and if not they shouldn’t misinform customers of policy. They should give more information so things aren’t misinformed to the customers.... read more
Took my daughter to open bank account the 1st person attending her had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, why 5 stars? Associate named Laura that’s why. Laura was extremely helpful wonderful attitude took her time explaining everything. All other Associates you can learn from Laura!
