I met this unit after being very badly treated by the cashier of the Bank Chase unit of Delk and Powers Ferry Rd, when I arrived at this unit the cashier JOAN attended me and was very polite helpful, an example of professional, excellent place and excellent employees
This is this worse Bank ever in planet Earth. How can you hire such dim wits at your banks. I waiting 2 days on a wire real-estate of alot of money an it Coste me Cash money. My money. You owe me alot. Waste of my time worth$ 55. An hour Pain and anguish. I will be calling my lawyer tomorrow. Hire people that know the job and not guess at it.
Be aware of Lebron Morgan!! He was very rude and I felt degraded while apply for my credit card! Once I started applying he laughed in my face saying there was a slim chance of me getting the card I applied to! Just because I'm young and a business woman doesn't mean he needs to make me feel less about myself. As I was telling him my income, what I do, and all the questions HE asked he processed to try and degrade me. He then said before he submitted it, "stop living in the fantasy world". Man this was the worst banking experience I have ever had just save yourself the headache of “human error” and go somewhere else if you don’t want the inconvenience that comes with that.smh
Mr. Lebron Morgan assisted my husband and I in closing some bank accounts. He was very helpful but more importantly he has a heart of gold giving us some advice that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. Thank you Mr. Lebron Morgan.
