I had an appointment at 11am for something that needed to be done in person. Booked several days in advance. Arrived at exactly 11, and the guy I was supposed to meet with was busy with other clients. Happens. 11:20 rolls around and he has yet to even acknowledge me, much less our appointment. Wow cant access the atm after hours how convenient for me
Maybe someday the banking business will be profitable enough to have functional ATMs at a bank, accessible by the customers of said bank.
I just need to make a withdrawal from my account (much bigger then the ATM can accommodate) but there is no teller on duty. I was told I could wait an hour. I have an appointment with another bank (to close a deal on a property) and this “no teller” situation is complicating my business affairs. I thought Chase was a major bank, so it is weird they cannot do business, in downtown Portland, at 2:15pm, on a Wednesday afternoon. There are also no bankers, and no manager on duty.
