Why is the vestibule closed when the office is closed? How am I suppose to get my money out if I can’t access the atms?
No bankers on duty, I waited for more than one hour and nobody even try to help me just the security guy who is very nice. Be prepared to stay in that breach for 5 hours for something that can be done in 3 min
This supposed Chase bank is the worst bank on the planet. I tried to no avail all over the united states to establish an account for my family. Would not touch this chase bank with a 10 foot pole.
I spoke with Karen over the phone and was able to grab a same day appointment. I met with Jon, at 3pm, who was very helpful, very nice, explained everything he could in detail, and invited me back should I have any questions. A very clean branch, and all the associates are lovely.
