This supposed Chase bank is the worst bank on the planet. I tried to no avail all over the united states to establish an account for my family. Would not touch this chase bank with a 10 foot pole.
I spoke with Karen over the phone and was able to grab a same day appointment. I met with Jon, at 3pm, who was very helpful, very nice, explained everything he could in detail, and invited me back should I have any questions. A very clean branch, and all the associates are lovely.
The worst bank customer services I have ever seen. They basically prefer not to do customer services over the phone after you open an account with them.
I had an appointment at 11am for something that needed to be done in person. Booked several days in advance. Arrived at exactly 11, and the guy I was supposed to meet with was busy with other clients. Happens. 11:20 rolls around and he has yet to even acknowledge me, much less our appointment. I knock on his cubicle and ask him if he'll wrap up soon or if I should just come back in about half an hour. He looks annoyed and tells me to come back later. 11:45.
