Maybe someday the banking business will be profitable enough to have functional ATMs at a bank, accessible by the customers of said bank.
I just need to make a withdrawal from my account (much bigger then the ATM can accommodate) but there is no teller on duty. I was told I could wait an hour. I have an appointment with another bank (to close a deal on a property) and this “no teller” situation is complicating my business affairs. I thought Chase was a major bank, so it is weird they cannot do business, in downtown Portland, at 2:15pm, on a Wednesday afternoon. There are also no bankers, and no manager on duty.
No atm outside of business hours. This location is useless , go to the one on Burnside it has an outside ATM
Terrible branch: poorly staffed. Only two teller windows with only one teller working, and 8 huge desks with only one banker working by himself not paying attention to the line of people waiting for the poor teller. This branch doesn’t have money orders.
Atm closes at 1pm on Saturday, not even open on Sunday? How do you call yourself a bank when you can't even service your customers
