Awesome experience opening my new account! The branch looks great and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Some banks look so old and crusty - this one is modern and nice and I feel taken care of!

This bank will not give you the service that of other Chase Banks give in Westlake or in the city. This bank does not have a caring helpful manager who will complete what they promise. The staff gossips...I would RUN to another Chase Bank.
The manager in this bank (Mike) is The worst I’ve never dealt with anybody did have such an attitude and I’m a private client shame on him
