I was there today, 7/15/2026, the bank teller and the manager acted like it was an inconvenience that I needed help with a few different things because I came in “2 minutes before they closed”, not true but they were obviously irritated people dare come in close to closing and inconvenience them, god forbid. I literally got an eye roll for asking certain questions, bizarre experience, this location is poorly managed.
Chase the worst location please don’t visit this branch , Customer Service Representative just explain to him that I couple transactions to need to get assist for a Banker I already being customer for several years status Sapphire I went call they told me over the phone stop any branch the may help you . He don’t have any person available and either no appointment for next day until maybe next week . I hardly ever need to go to the bank or atm but more than half the times ive gone to this location the atms have different issues. From not being able to deposit or dispense cash to the door not opening to access the atm inside.
