Plenty of ATMs (I think around 5) for cash withdrawals. Area is a bit seedy with homeless and lots of security people walking around. ATMs are within the secure lobby.
Went in the teller didn't know what they were doing. That was the first time I have seen here there she was rude and dismissive. I had to get back to work so could not speak to a manger. This is not the first time I have been inside and have received bad service from several tellers. I have been to other Chase locations and have never been treated this way. If I can avoid this location I will. Such shifty service.
Just because I have 2 last names they give me the worst customer service ...
This is probably the worst chase bank I have ever been to. I come on the first for deposits and every single time there’s two tellers working. It’s incredibly ridiculous it’s the first of the month which is common sense you need more people on schedule instead there two tellers always and a bunch of bankers sitting around. Every other branch will have bankers and managers pulling people out of lines and getting them taken care of asking what they need putting people in chairs assisting them with arm transactions, not this on... read more
