After working a very long workday (6am to 8:30p) I drove to this bank to use the ATM. It was locked and the card scanner doesn’t work. I talked to the bank manager and she said “yeah we keep it locked at 8p). What a joke. This branch is nearly useless. They literally could care less.
Called to ask if they have Mexican pesos, took multiple calls to get someone to answer and found out they do not have Mexican pesos at the bank. Would not recommend Chase bank.
