Very pleasant place to do business!
Worst customer service experience of my life. They charged me a $10 check-cashing fee because they couldn’t find me in their system, even though I have a card with their bank and previously had multiple accounts with them.
The line was so long every one was frustrated.
Plenty of ATMs (I think around 5) for cash withdrawals. Area is a bit seedy with homeless and lots of security people walking around. ATMs are within the secure lobby.
