The staff are friendly.
I got confused with my money. The lead person took care of my problem and corrected it. She helped me to put my money in the envelopes that I requested with much patience and kindness. I was wrong in counting my change. I'm elderly. She put my anxiety at rest with her professionalism. Thank you. I am sorry for not asking your name. Thank you and thank you!
Maria the teller is phenomenal and so sweet and helpful. Very gracious of her to care so much about helping me with my wire and company.
Although I was sad that the branch on Wilshire and Barrington closed after so many years, I'm happy that Chase has kept its branch at this location. Samantha, at this branch, provided me with excellent customer service. Although it was only a few minutes before closing, she agreed to assist with a last minute wire and did so efficiently with a smile.
