$8,018.00 to be stolen out of my checking account. The branch manager tried to help but now ignores me with no regard. I’m elderly. There is an official police report. There is a law suit being developed. This Chase Bank in Ignacio CA represents embecile people locally and awful people on the corporate people. They allowed $8K to be stolen from a tax paying law abiding Novato American citizen who has done nothing wrong.
ATM are always out of service. Something’s is always wrong with the outside ATM. The inside ATM work but the chase keep in locks until 8 am. Even with inserting my card it won’t let me in.
Extremely slow atm
Never trust their front door staff. They can blatantly lie to you without batting an eye. If you want to apply for a credit card, their business hours are from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. After 10 o’clock, good luck to you! The worst service, the worst working-hour model, and a system that clearly has no intention of serving customers at all.
