Franchesca has POOR Customer Service skills and I wonder how she has a job, let alone working for an otherwise prestigious bank in a high traffic, high dollar neighborhood. This person refused to assist the gentleman ahead of me, and when it was my turn proceeded to give arbitrary rules to conform to in order to pay my cc off with cash. She refused to "allow" me to pay off my card, which is kinda hilarious really. I subsequently paid off my card without any such issues at another branch within minutes.
Private Client Services Review: Their private client team is incompetent. I had a personal savings and personal checking account with them that I opened early-2022. I decided to open up my grandparent's estate account with them in the late summer / early fall of 2022. First they made it ridiculously difficult to open up the estate account to the point that not only was my attorney livid, but I finally had to physically go in person just to get face-time with the relationship manager Rafael who would never reply to his emails... read more
