They only value you if you have enough money. If not, they will not bother helping or even giving you workable options. Any options they give you are not workable still. That goes for all their branches!!! Spent almost 2 hours on phone and still no resolution other than maybe another branch will be better. Supposedly they will lodge my complaint which not only cover my money not being worthy but also profiling since I was asked my nationality. The best branch to possibly ever visit because for me, it is very clean, professional, and well maintained for the customer especially the bank tellers they’re always happy to assist you with any of your banking needs shout out to all the bank tellers and the bankers at this Branch:)
