Strange story.. but my adopted cat “Oscar” (black and white tuxedo) was posted on the wall of Distinguished customers He’s friends with everybody in the neighborhood and we don’t bank at Chase Anyways he deserves the recognition he’s a polite and friendly guy..
Always lines at this place. Machines are slow. Can't go inside and use the atms after they close.
If someone does fraud on your account and charges money to a different country they cannot help you in the branch all they do is tell you to leave and call customer service
Imagine going inside ask to set up an account with them and they are completely racist and decide to help the Spanish speaking people before you when you were in there first waiting. When I got in I ask stood in line and asked the lady at the front sitting down behind the window if I can set up an account she looked at me like I wasn’t worth a damn.
