I’ve had a very uncomfortable experience at this branch on multiple occasions. Every time I come in to make a cash deposit, I’m treated in a way that feels invasive and targeted. While I’m at the teller window, other staff members gather around and appear to monitor my transaction under the guise of casual conversation. It is obvious enough to be noticeable, and I have not observed other customers being treated this way.
