I went to chase to open up a account today and they said I can’t they decided they no longer want to do business with me.. but that’s fine with me because ima millionaire ima open up my own bank in 2027…..
Absolutely worst banking experience I have ever had. I arrived earlier than others to open a child account and was made to wait unfairly for a long time, while staff and management completely ignored proper queue order and served people who came after me for other account types. The branch manager’s handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional and showed a clear lack of fairness and respect for customers.
