JEPI this is a good atm I like the location
No helpful at all. My debit card was never delivered after opening the account even after 1.5 months. When I asked the bank they claimed to not be able to track it. Had me pay an additional 15 dollar to send it faster. Very disappointed.
My experience whit chase was terrible I got a few checks from I client from a difrent type of acont that he is paying me every time he is using my service and I told him that I will ask the bankiff I can deposit it in my ac and we went to to the teler to ask if we can deposit it the answerd NP butatfter this they closed my ac and they refuse giving me back all the money from
We arrived just 10 minutes after the appointment and the banker had already taken other customers. She asked us to wait and then told us we had to reschedule, wasting our time. Not only were there free bankers, everyone took 10 minutes to socialize and cut cake while there were customers waiting. You only have to look at the other reviews to see that this branch is incompetent, inefficient, and inconsiderate. Chase and the manager here should be embarrassed.
Fuí a sacar una cuenta a mí hija como dependiente y faltando hora y media para cerrar me atendió Tilda o algo así y me dijo que no me podía atender por qué habían 2 banqueros uno iba a comer y sólo quedaba uno a pesar de que sólo era yo que estaba esperando con razón tiene tan mala reputación...... Que mal servicio tan diferente que son las otras sucursales... jamás volveré
