My go-to branch, nice people working here. Too bad it's closing soon
I recently began banking with Chase. I visited the downtown Cincinnati branch to set things up. I had a very pleasant and smooth experience.
They keep hitting my account with fraud and blocking my card. When I called they closed my account and said that they was going to mail me a check. When I asked to just withdraw my funds they said that I couldn't. That my money was being held to the account closed. Bank somewhere else
Guy I spoke with on the phone was super rude. Wouldn't recommend.
