Terrible branch. They allowed a scammer to withdraw almost $1700 from my checking and savings account right there in the branch without verifying proper identification. I live in Wisconsin while this fraudster is in California. I have been trying to speak to the branch manager about the breakdown of safety and protocol and getting this identity theft issue solved but lately no one is picking up the phone during normal business hours. What a shame. Beware!!!
They now added speed bumps by the drive in entrance so please make sure to slow down. Also, please don't be a jerk and park your car right in front of the ATM. That's so inconsiderate.

Great Banking I have been with Washington Mutual for about 1.5 years with no problems at all. I just have a checking account with them and direct deposit from work. I really get no incentive for banking with them, and kind of want to switch to Citi only cause I have a credit card with them and want to all me eggs in one basket, But Citi are great with credit cards and not very good with bank accounts. I think it's that the customer service is lacking and there are lots of fees.
