Terrible branch. They allowed a scammer to withdraw almost $1700 from my checking and savings account right there in the branch without verifying proper identification. I live in Wisconsin while this fraudster is in California. I have been trying to speak to the branch manager about the breakdown of safety and protocol and getting this identity theft issue solved but lately no one is picking up the phone during normal business hours. What a shame. Beware!!!
