Busy but convenient
These people have no idea of how banking works. A bad advise form a manager here got all my money on hold for ten days. It is the first of the month and I haven't pay my rent because of this bank. Unacceptable! I am ending my business with Chase as soon as I get my money back. The ignorant lady told me to write a duplicate check because the first one got declined, she doesn't know the fist check will get thru eventually and the second one is considered by Chase a fraud.
