Went to cash my check, I’d has a small crack and the clerk didnt take it after ive cashed it at 23 different locations like that. clerk was super rude, Suggest Any other chase bank but this one.
The young lady that came to help me was very unprofessional. She seemed annoyed and irritated with me asking her questions. My questions to her weren't fully answered. The most annoying thing she did was stand directly behind me to talk to me and every time I would try to turn and face her direction, she would move further behind me. What kind of stuff is that?? The ATM outside ate my checks and it's not showing up in my account. Unacceptable.
The keypad for atm access does not work. The atm outside doesn't work either. Sketchy people hang out around the bank as well.
