I have an extremely hard time getting into my online banking. I get the run around.
I left work an hour early to make a special effort to open a new deposit account before the bank closed. I arrived at the bank a little over 20 minutes before closing time, and stood in line for about 10 minutes. After I had waited in line, I was told by the Branch Manager that they could not open a new account because it took 20-30 minutes to fully open the account, and the bank closed in a little less than 15 minutes. You’ll see that I left a positive review for this branch back in May 2024 (on bottom of this review, as you can't do two reviews on same place). I still love the tellers—they are excellent and always provide top-notch service. However, my recent experience with one of the bankers was anything but helpful. I had set up an appointment online, as I had about 10 different things I needed to sort out or get started.
