Great customer service from the bankers and all the staff. Totally professional and caring. Great location, always easy to get to. Shoutout to the branch mngr. Cody and his team. A well run, customer centric branch!
Customer service is terrible. Today one of the tellers Fabian pointed out an embarrassing blemish on my face. Asked me if I knew it was there? Yeah dude, I’m pretty aware of what’s on my face. How stupid can you be that you say something that’s none of your business. All I wanted was a 30 day statement. Maybe get some training on how to communicate with people in a professional setting.
I have an extremely hard time getting into my online banking. I get the run around.
