The teller was unprofessional and forgot to deposit one of my checks.
I am very disappointed with the loan department and the employee who takes care of loans. He is very passive and doesn't give info or option when I asked him questions about refinancing. He has an attitude and he is very unprofessional. Worse of all when I mention this issue to another employee she said that he gets along with others and maybe it's personality issue.
