Jack is really helpful and professional!! All the staff I met here were friendly.
John/Jack Duggan is really nice and warm, unfortunately the credit card problem was out of his hands but he was able to get more information and get it escalated. He keeps notes and asks targeted questions to get the best idea of the situation.
John duggan helped me today and did an amazing job! I’m newly engaged and needed to pay for something important but couldn’t due to bank daily limits John helped me immediately. He was able to Problem solve in troubleshoot with ease, it was able to not only fix the problem efficiently, but in a timely matter (less than 20 minutes!). Amazing customer service and he does not understand how happy he has made a girls day. Thank you!
