John duggan helped me today and did an amazing job! I’m newly engaged and needed to pay for something important but couldn’t due to bank daily limits John helped me immediately. He was able to Problem solve in troubleshoot with ease, it was able to not only fix the problem efficiently, but in a timely matter (less than 20 minutes!). Amazing customer service and he does not understand how happy he has made a girls day. Thank you!
🚨 **Avoid Chase Bank at All Costs!** 🚨 I had the worst banking experience with **Chase Bank** due to a mistake **made by their own banker**. Instead of resolving it, they **closed my account and held my money hostage for FIVE months** with no valid reason. A few years ago this branch was great. First there were 3 ATMs. Then after pandemic they reduced to 2 ATMs. And shrunk the hours to weekdays only. Seriously? ATMs not available during weekends? And now only one ATM left. This branch deserve to be closed. I am already using the Citi and BoA branches nearby
Chase changed vestibule hours to weekdays only. People live here and would like weekend access to ATMs too. I’m all for small businesses shuttering on weekends down town as it’s mostly survived on weekday commuters but a Chase bank definitely doesn’t have that excuse. You don’t even need staff, just provide ATM access. No shade to folks who work here sure they’re great.
