I'm a Chase Bank customer, and have been for decades. This branch uses the excuse of a "coin shortage" to deny me from getting enough quarters when I come in. But the U.S. Fed says that there are enough coins in circulation now. In the meantime, this policy means I just have to come back twice or three times to get the same number of quarters, so it's not saving the branch any hassle but adding significant hassle for me.
When you can’t access your own account because the teller tells you didn’t “verify your address” I come with Photo ID and they still. Act like I’m a criminal trying to access someone’s account.
The staff here are very helpful!
