Very friendly staff. They overestimate the wait time, so that was a pleasant surprise!
The new ATMs here are great. No envelopes and it prints out images of checks you deposit on your receipt. (choose that option)

Lost Money in ATM (deserve zero star) I had a horrible experience at this branch. I used the ATM to withdraw cash, there was no money to dispense. However, the receipt shown deduction from my account, also the amount was debited from my saving's account(found out using ouline banking). When I walked in to the teller line, I was told to fill out another form to get the cash. The bank will give the credit back to my account. Friendly service, no fees, tellers that care! We love this bank, and this branch is why! The people here really care about you - and your small business. They are efficient - no lines last more than 5 minutes. They also work with you well when - God forbid - you have a problem. Unlike other banks, there are no hidden fees, you get what you see. And they are "real" people here who are not too busy to care about your issues and help you out when needed.
