Can we please get a new ATM!?!?!? Takes 10 mins just to make a simple deposit. SMH
ATM is absolute trash. Attempted to deposit checks and it couldn't process them. It also COULDN'T spit them back out and got jammed. So it just ate them and told me to call a number. Every transaction I've ever had with this ATM is be awful. I've also been hacked from this ATM before. So beware, its not safe and will leave you upset and angry.
I have had more headache and problems dealing with chase than I have EVER had anywhere else. The counter staff at the Austintown bank (the two primary women) are unbelievably incompetent and/or lazy, also the one is quite rude. They hold checks longer than any other bank in the USA this is a fact I've checked. And they have caused me nothing but issues withholding checks from the exact same employers that I've cashed checks from before.
