Friendly people and good service. Care about their customers and problems quickly.
Exterior ATM machine is now down and the interior ATM hasn’t been accessible via the exterior door for a good year now. Once the branch closes it’s useless. They’ve already closed then removed the Suisun city branch and ATM. I’m considering switching banks at this point.
Came here to open an account with my son. They said it would take an hour to do it... went online and did it in 5 minutes tops. No training needed. Terrible customer service. Just say you don't want to do it. Thats better than lying.
Nice people working there, quick service at the counter.
