Thursday around 11 AM, 12 people in line. One teller. No one is answering phones. The one teller has completed their transaction and just talking and joking with the bank teller. Completely uncalled for a branch.
I went into this Chase bank on Friday with two checks to cash. I was very clear with the teller to not deposit either. He cashed one check and I went back the next day to cash the second check. I got the same teller and reminded him I was there to cash the second check, not deposit. He was taking a longer than usual time staring at his screen. Friendly people and good service. Care about their customers and problems quickly.
Exterior ATM machine is now down and the interior ATM hasn’t been accessible via the exterior door for a good year now. Once the branch closes it’s useless. They’ve already closed then removed the Suisun city branch and ATM. I’m considering switching banks at this point.
