Great service! I would like to thank Olesea Baker personally for helping with every doubt and giving her full effort in the process.
The team helped me 2-3 weeks ago & took great care of me. Opening a bank account with Chase has been life-changing. Being able to walk into a branch to troubleshoot any possible problems is way better compared to talking to a teller over the phone. I normally bank with NFCU & USAA. There are not any ATMs to deposit cash into without driving to the NFCU location in Brickell. USAA/NFCU ATMs only exist in 7-11/Walgreens where you can withdraw money; that's about it. Great atmosphere and a great team working at this branch.
My son and I had the pleasure of sitting with Francia at this location. AMAZING customer service! Very friendly, warm and welcoming. She resolved the issue we went in for and even recommended a solution that will be beneficial for my son's business. Great asset to your team!
I'm reading these comments and cannot even begin to imaging how any of them are true! This was my first time ever stepping foot into this location (any Chase) and it was beyond my expectations; but I guess it's always easier to share a negative experience anywhere you go opposed to a positive these days! Advice to customers: Maybe we all should be more mindful of the energy we bring to ALL places and TRY to understand the position that each staff member is in.
