This location has issues. Walked in to purchase a cashier's check as a 15yr+ acct. holder. The teller line was somewhat long so the roving teller assisted me. She asked for my withdrawal slip, debit card and ID. After 5 min she came back and asked if I received a text on my phone for verification purposes, which I thought was odd. I did not receive the text so I had to start the process all over again at the window teller. I was late for my Dr's appt. due to this unnecessary process at this location.

On Wednesday, I called in to request an appointment with the notary ASAP. The gentleman went above and beyond, squeezed me into the first opening available. Veronica, is prefoessional, courteous and handled my paperwork with utmost efficiency and accuracy. This branch, is the most efficient as well as the most professional "bank" in the area, period.
