ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED with there customer service, I was waiting for help behind 1 other person(getting a nortary) they took the lady in the office and then came out to tell me that they couldn't help me(40minutes before close to be noted). BEFORE asking what I was there for. I've had chase for over 8 years and never been treated with such disrespect. I hope they close this location or atleast get ride of the staff and get better people. If I could give negative stars I would!!!
Omg. Can't believe even Rachelle the manager has NO regard for customer service. She called in follow up to a complaint made by a banker on my behalf. I explained to Rachelle that I closed my account that has been there for decades. Rachelle was unaware the account was closed. While I tried to explain the issues leading to this, she hung up. Never phoned back, so it was not an accidental dropped call. Unfortunately, there is no way to leave a zero star rating. Try any other bank for better service!
Llevo 3 días tratando de sacar una cita para sacar una cuenta nueva y el día que vengo a la cita dicen que era para el día anterior sin tener ninguna explicación y clientes por atender que pésimo servicio el de este Banco ahora tengo que buscar otro banco que sea coherente y serio
