take your business somewhere else they don’t care about their clients only two people working on the branch and forcing you to do everything online
Be aware there are no tellers at this bank. You have one person that runs around trying to do everything and takes forever to get anything.
The worst experience at thus bank. I asked then to track down a deposited check for me . I tried calling them for 2 dank ays. Noone answered the phone. I'm getting out of JP Morgan Chase Bank and joining Relay Bank on line . Come join me. Their cybersecurity is impeccable. Good riddance Chase Bank. Jamie Diamond is a terrible CEO
