I like coming to this bank this bank it looks super nice and they have nice the Bank employees and I always deposit my money on the ATM right here very nice bank
I went today to apply for a card. My banker was Joshua, he did a great job. Explain me everything so simple. I got approved and I love how professional and kind this guy was with me. I wish I could give him 10 stars if you need a card for anything related with credit card. Joshua is the man Thanks.
We were greeted by Ms Andrea Iriarte for our appointment and have to say that she went above and beyond. We were politely greeted, informed about all the products offered, had each step explained patiently and professionally and felt very good about opening our new accounts with Chase. She’s a solid “10”!!!
Worst customer service. Needed to add a spouse to an account and deposit a check. We were told to come back as a walk-in in one hour because they couldn’t give us an apmt since they needed to close early.
Please don’t offer a notary if you don’t have one
