Wow, so many bad reviews shows that they don't give a crap! Chase corporate: fire your branch managers here and hire some people that care about representing your business better. Anyways, came on here to say this branch does not pick up the phone at all for its customers. Kind of pathetic that a customer can't even call in to their local branch.
