Frustrating. I checked with them online and in person before making a transaction and was told to do everything just a certain way and it would be fine. Spent two days checking. I make one transaction on Friday. Everything is fine. They take it. I go in today and now they won't. When I returned to my office I receive an online message that they will take it. Horrible bank been a customer over 8 years they are holding people's money for a week for reason ..no one can ever help all they can do is sit
