Terrible customer service .
Chase Bank why is the drive thru ATM in Harker Heights, TX constantly down? And the ATM inside the vestibule is sooooo slow. It takes 2-3 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. For as big of an institution as Chase is please level up on the technology. I had the same experience at the Northvale, NJ location on Livingston so it's clearly a widespread issue.
So far I've had a good experience, polite, pleasant, and efficient at Chase Harker heights branch. I've read some horrible news at this branch, but not encountered. I hope I never face any problems.
All I needed was a notary signature and I’ve been sitting at the front for hours watching people leave and sitting there empty with no help
The worst customer service you can possibly get. I had my money in my savings stolen and no one even cares about it. I have been dealing with this over 3 weeks now and the amount of stress this bank is giving me is beyond repair. They don’t value you as a customer. At least that’s how I feel and the experience I have had is horrible. I am not going to much in detail but my advice to you is take your money out before it gets stolen because they won’t care to take care of you right away not even give you a phone call.
