They provide great service
Yesterday I was told opening 4 accounts was going to take too long for it to be done yesterday. Now, I did come in at 4:30, and there were people in the waiting area, but I’ve had Chase branches tell me to come over the phone, knowing I would arrive at closing time, and they took care of me. I’ve been a Chase customer since 2011. I returned today and worked with a Mrs. Amanda Blanco. She had me in and out in 17 minutes. Extremely efficient, courteous, and professional. Thank you. I will continue banking with Chase.

Frustrating. I checked with them online and in person before making a transaction and was told to do everything just a certain way and it would be fine. Spent two days checking. I make one transaction on Friday. Everything is fine. They take it. I go in today and now they won't. When I returned to my office I receive an online message that they will take it.
