I waited in the business account line for over half an hour, came into the lobby and two individuals were flailing about, saying they were new and couldn't complete my transaction? If you can't process a deposit, should you work at a bank? I demanded my driver's license back and had to leave, I had to get to my store. Terrible incompetence.
