Banks are banks. They have issues as we all do, but it’s important to give credit where credit is due. Brenda Arredondo- Trujillo is an amazing employee there. Chase is very blessed to have her. She is very professional and goes up and beyond what other employees would do. I cannot speak more highly of Brenda. If you’ve had a poor experience at this branch of Chase, I’m sure that you did not have Brenda helping you out with any issues. I hope Chase Bank values her service as much as I do.
