Says open but closed, customer service says the branch is closed today but permanently closing early december and to use 4th and hope instead. 👎🏻
Convenient location for all my banking needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. ATM inside and outside for convenience. One of the best Chase banks ever.
Chase will be shutting down this Branch on December 9th 2025. The most convenient chase branch in DTLA just about to be gone.
Outside atm is Not working
Chase turns me away by saying they cannot cash a check drawn on a Chase Bank Account. What type of foolishness or sense does that make? None. I have had many checks drawn on direct Banks and have never had a problem.
