My employee was told she had to wait over a week to get her funds released even though my bank had already cleared the check. We were told we would get a call from the manager but did not get it so we went back up to the bank to talk to him at 3:00. He had gone home without talking to us. The only one that would talk to us was the teller. Terrible customer service.
