Avoid this Branch like The Plague! I have banked with Chase MANY MANY years. It's pretty much the only bank that I have ever used..... until I walked into this Branch. The 'Manager' is arrogant, condescending, and absolutely Rude. He rolled his eyes at a customer when they walked away- and treated me no better. I actually ended up closing my account! If this is Chase Banks standards and how they treat long time customers- I want no part of it. There are plenty other banks that actually value their customers.
The branch near the Alexandria Mall is way better than the Jackson St. location. Jackson St. Will do whatever they want regardless of what's written in the deposit slip and lie straight to your face
