I wrote a very long review but my system lost it. This location sucks because you can't access ATM outside of branch hours They are on the NYCE network but you still get double charged using other NYCE ATMs. Branches send you to the phone who send you to the branch then back to the phone and get a rep named Angi from the Philippines who has no employee number that was going to identify me through purchases and I advised her I made a purchases at Ross on the 10th she said there were no transactions from Ross and would need to... read more
Typical Chae bank. Called and made an appointment to open an account. Only needed an I.D and my social. Same day appointment. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
Fast and easy. The teller was courteous and quick. No problems.
Trent Dardick is the worst banker. He definitely lives up to the last part of his last name. Does not want to do his job.
