Kain was very helpful, he dealt with all my requests quickly with professionalism and friendliness
ATM IS NOT OPEN 24/7. ATM Is same as bank hours. M-F 9-5. Chase refuses to update this for YEARS. Also not handicap accessible. Door out of order. Must use stairs to enter.
I came 3/4 times in this branch for mobile banking open , I didn’t got good service. Today I was waiting still around 1.30 hr , in the last one worker came and no banker so you take the appointment for next day . Why did he say you are waiting? No concern no good service for costumer.my emergency time lost.
Lea, the branch manager, was very kind! As was the security guard on staff.
