had a great experience at Chase Bank in the Castro neighborhood. The location is super convenient, and having parking available is a huge plus in this area. All the bankers I interacted with were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. They made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this branch!
Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Services they offer are limited. Its like they just want to list a bunch of services on paper that they limit so much (like notary services) that they are unusable. Not sure why the after hours ATM card reader exists, it doesnt work. You are stuck to bankers hours for ATM use.
I had an urgent and stressful financial task that I needed to accomplish today. I asked for assistance at this branch and the teller was extremely helpful and kind. They were unable to connect me to a banker at this branch who could immediately help with the transaction, but the teller was very proactive in getting me to a branch that could help right away. I am so grateful for the kind and helpful service I received here.
The ATM lobby is never open. So frustrating.
