I always appreciate the quality of service here, and today was wonderful as usual! Staff were kind, patient, and helpful. It really has a feeling of a friendly neighborhood branch -- I appreciate it so much!
Wow how awesome! A Chase ATM, and a credit card reader to let you in the lobby to use the ATM, except most of the time!
Was practically escorted out of the branch when I walked in at 8:45 AM on a Friday to get quarters even though the sign said they were open at 8 AM. About four or five employees started staring at me shocked on how I was able to get in as if I had broken in lol. The folks inside stared at me with such confusing faces that it was honestly funny. Went back and I was greeted with smiles.
