I'm sorry but these reviews are weird. I have never had any problems with this branch. The manager is Richard and he is awesome.
It’s been difficult to get any help, and the licensed banker didn’t even show up or note down my appointment, wasting my time multiple times. Please chase, hire more licensed bankers.
Dear Chase Customer Service, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received from your branch manager, Linan (Lex) Jia. My appointment with Mr. Jia was scheduled for 12:30 PM, as confirmed by him. I had informed him in advance that I needed to do two things: open a business debit card and request a checkbook. 3 strikes, you're out. We tried three times, all with appointments to get in and open an account and three times there was some lame excuse why they couldn't make it work. As kids say nowadays, it's a skill issue. Be better.
