I had a great experience at the Chase Bank branch on W. 29th Street in Greeley. The branch offers all the banking services you need, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Yasmina was the one who helped me, and she made the whole experience so easy. She was patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. Very friendly tellers and staff
Extremely disappointed in the way this location treated us. We tried coming by early and all of their systems were down, totally understand there was nothing they could do. We stopped back in before closing all to be refused service. Per the manager “we have families to get home to” instead of helping us to open a bank account. Guess we will take our money else where.
