No staff was present at the bank for 20+ minutes, exept in the window. Was waiting for 20 minutes just to be told that need to make an appointment, because they can’t make it today, even if I was only customer there. Terrible service
I’m really frustrated with this branch. Either expand it or close it down. It’s been closed frequently, and when it is, people are stuck waiting outside for just one ATM. There’s another ATM inside, but lately, they haven’t fixed the gate that secures the branch after hours. This situation is unacceptable.
