Chase bank staff is not good I want to open new account and we have Statment Bank of America for use address proof but staff denied to accept this
Terrible service and new policies as of today they lost a loyal customer and representative was rude don't recommend the location better off cahing it at Walmart or something wether it's a chase check or not they will not cash it just terrible
Rating 1 star again because of their garbage ATM machines and lack of staff when walking in. They honestly need to just close this branch down cause it’s never even doing anything.
Worst chase location ever ! I’ve been going here twice a week for the past year and the ATM outside has worked maybe 5 times in the whole year. I shouldn’t have to go inside to take out $100 cash.The workers are nice , but I don’t want to go inside at all. Fix your ATM!
