Branch is not helpful in cashing checks. Chris S. customer service and the branch manager will not cash checks issued from an active account from Chase bank. I advise anyone with a chase account to switch to a bank that will not discriminate. As you can see from the photo this is from an organizations compassion and the funds were present in the account.
