Banker Mauricio is unprofessional. We wanted to reopen a bank acct for my brother. He did not explain to us why they cannot open bank account and what steps we need to do. First time he said is “Why did you close your account?” My brother did not close his account, bank closed it. Mauricio only help his own kind of people and do not acknowledge others.
No ATM inside that works. There’s always only 1 atm working.
