They only allow you to withdraw $400 a day, but the ATM doesn't even specify that. So you're left guessing what the max limit is. Then, if you try more than 3 times, it's locks you out entirely and won't allow you anymore transactions. Had to go next door to the smoke shop and use their ATM which charged $3.50 fee. Not happy. Waste of my time. I will stick with Bank of America instead. Chase sucks.
Great bank! Have been using them for years. Everybody inside is extremely friendly. I only go to this branch for business needs.
I would highly recommend not to open any account in this bank. Worst customer service. Short staffed. Choose any other bank
