Usually great. Today not so much. Large cash withdrawal but they are low on larger bills so it’s 50s and 20s. Seemed a little odd but ok. The teller however…I felt like I was being rushed out of the branch. Some issues with processing the w/d so with every interaction on my phone for identity confirmation, I felt like she was coming across the counter to get into my phone. I’m a little older but I can manage my own phone and debit card. Not the end of the world but they used to be better.
Shannon was extremely helpful & I was able to transact my business flawlessly at this location after having the complete opposite experience at the location down the street at Grand River & Novi. The one by Novi road should be shut down 40 minutes worth of dealing with 4 different employees who were clueless I’m amazed they even know which foot to put their shoes on! Thank you to the grand river & beck location & Shannon for being efficient, friendly, & helpful!
