Unfortunately, this in office visit was a terrible experience. The wait was very long. The staff seemed to pick and choose their regular customers over the people waiting in line. Why even have tellers available, if they aren't even as helpful as the customer service associates on the phone!
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this Chase branch. Not only do I bank here personally, but I also come here almost every day for work to make our business deposits. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greet me with a smile every time I walk in, and we’ve built a great rapport over time. Came in today and the teller was terrible. Her name is Mariah,she said hi and talk to the person behind me,then my turn was so rude with serious face. Wasn’t happy with service here
Would give a zero if I could. I've been a very long time Chase customer and have excellent credit. My husband and I went to this branch to open a new credit card *specifically* since he was being deployed overseas and we wanted a card that didn't charge international transaction fees.
