Great Big Thank You to Mariah at the business window ( Chase Bank- Novi) I’ve been experiencing some card replacement issues and Mariah graciously took the time to guide me through some unique ways to stay secure while waiting for my replacement cards. She was so kind and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable … Mariah deserves to be recognized for her great customer service skills! There was a young Gentlemen who helped me at this branch, that was so nice and attentive to the concerns on my account. I was told that he was at the Wixom location, and he was not there. The worker told me that he is no longer with the company. Rather than someone helping me , the people here knew that. I am very disappointed with the treatment, I have been banking here for a very long time and the new management at this location is so disrespectful and has a very Bias character.
